# Edit Image Steps

## Image Editing

[Blur](#blur), [crop](#crop), [annotate](#annotate), and [highlight](#highlight) the images in your demo with our image editor tool.

Blur, crop, annotate, and highlight are only supported for image steps.

### Blur

Blur out sections of images to ensure you redact any sensitive information like emails, names, or phone numbers.&#x20;

Click <kbd>Blur</kbd> in the image toolbar > Draw a region to blur on the image > Click <kbd>Save</kbd>**.** To undo a blur click  <kbd>↩</kbd>.

### Crop

Crop images to remove extraneous sections or to align them with the aspect ratios of the previous steps.

Click <kbd>Crop</kbd> in the image toolbar > Select desired area to crop using crop handles > Click <kbd>Save</kbd>. To redo the crop or revert to original, simply expand the crop handles to the initial area.

### Annotate

Add annotations like rectangles, text, drawings, and file uploads to highlight specific areas of your image.

Click <kbd>Annotate</kbd> in the image toolbar > Add your annotation by typing, uploading a file, or drawing > Click <kbd>Save</kbd>. To undo an annotation click  <kbd>↩</kbd>.

### Highlight

Highlight an area of your image to draw attention. Choose a dark or light frame and adjust the blur intensity.

Click <kbd>Highlight</kbd> in the image toolbar > Select desired area to highlight > Choose light or dark frame > Adjust blur intensity > Click <kbd>Save</kbd>. To undo the highlight click <kbd>🗑</kbd>.
